Out-takes

I would I could claim credit for this photo ….

but alas, I cannot. Beth took this awesome capture. I just love it. As much as I love the “pretty” shots of the girls, this one may actually be my favourite.

I caught similar moments but I missed that perfect, priceless moment by a hair:

Ava cracks me up. She was in full-on lovey-dovey mode. Throughout the photo shoot, she would just grab Claire by the neck or head and pull her in for a big smooch. As these photos show, sometimes Claire was prepared for the affection, sometimes not!

When the girls weren’t smooching, telling knock-knock jokes or posing prettily, they were making faces.

Gotta love ’em. I, as mama shutterbug, certainly couldn’t begrudge these silly moments when they gave us so many beautiful moments as well.

Thanks girlies, and thanks Beth for doing some great shopping!

  • Ok, I too will have to admit I love a lot of those outtakes as much as the pretty shots – the first one is a real classic! Their faces are always so honest:)ReplyCancel

  • The first one is priceless! And the one of Ava making a face and Claire rolling her eyes is hilarious. I love outtakes!ReplyCancel

  • I have to say that Beth captured my favorite photo… the expression on Claires face is priceless! And seriously… will my girls ever have such wonderful hair as these two do???!ReplyCancel

  • Genetics Paige. That was one of the things it said from day one – a thick head of hair:)ReplyCancel

  • Love all the pics, ladies!! Monica, I just have to tell you, I've been following along faithfully but could never comment…it kept booting me out! I just read about it happening to other people and I think I have it fixed now! Just wanted to let you know I'm still here and following along! Can't wait to see those two girls (and everyone else) in person very soon!ReplyCancel

  • These pics of the girls are precious! I have to pause and think of what they might think sometime in the future when they are both adults and look back on these moments captured in time.ReplyCancel
